We are a team of fitness professionals dedicated to improving your quality of health and wellbeing through exercise, proper nutrition and education (with a bit of fun along the way!). We hope to pass on our knowledge and educate you through this blog, providing some educating reads, interesting talking points, and other snippets of what we’re up to!
The company was created by Phil Hyland. With a degree in Sport Science and over 10,000 personal training sessions delivered, Phil has successfully worked with a wide spectrum of clients including Ironmen, BAFTA winners, city traders and stay-at-home mums, and with an infectious enthusiasm can motivate even the most unwilling of exerciser!
Throughout his career Phil has also managed a very successful team of elite trainers in one of London’s most exclusive health clubs and is also currently teaching with the Academy of Fitness Business delivering fitness industry qualifications (www.afb-uk.co.uk).
